HALO(r)

HALO(r) laser treatments harness the power of hybrid fractional lasers to dramatically enhance skin tone, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, eliminate dark spots, minimize large pores, and boost collagen production without resorting to invasive procedures. They’re an ideal way to rejuvenate your complexion without going under the knife!

The procedure, known as MicroNeedling, targets microscopic skin irregularities by stimulating collagen production to create naturally plumped-up skin. Also, tightening reduces wrinkles and fine lines, making this treatment suitable for facial and neck applications. Some patients may experience temporary flushing or swelling following the procedure, but anti-inflammatory medication can often manage these symptoms.

A HALO(r) treatment generally takes around 30 minutes, and patients may return home immediately following. An aesthetician will apply topical anesthetic to the treated area to make it as comfortable and painless as possible for the patient – they may feel slight prickling sensations during treatment, but this should not be painful.

At each treatment session, an aesthetician will select either red or blue light frequency according to the skincare issue being treated; red light typically targets signs of aging, while blue is often used for acne-treating purposes. A halogen lamp illuminates this chosen frequency so the light penetrates deeply into the top layers of the skin.

Laser light penetrates the top layer of skin and penetrates pigmentation, stimulating collagen and elastin production for firmer skin. After treatment, it is vital to protect this new skin from sun damage with mineral-based sunscreen during recovery.

A good candidate for HALO(r) treatment would be someone with moderate to severe sun damage who seeks to improve their complexion without resorting to an invasive procedure. They should have realistic expectations about the benefits this treatment will bring and not expect it to erase enlarged pores, scars, and discoloration – Typically, several sessions will be necessary before significant results become evident – Your aesthetician will discuss what they recommend during a consultation meeting.

Morpheus8

Morpheus8 is an innovative skin-tightening treatment that combines microneedling and radio frequency energy. These technologies work in concert to stimulate collagen production in your body, leading to firmer and younger-looking skin. Morpheus8 can be used on facial and body areas, including neck, chin, arms, abdomen, legs, buttocks, and chest jowls, for effective results.

This treatment works by penetrating the skin at an intense level, which penetrates deep enough to reduce signs of aging such as wrinkles, fine lines, loss of tone and elasticity, stretch marks, enlarged pores, acne scars, and loose or sagging skin. While suitable for most individuals, it must undergo an in-depth medical consultation before commencing treatments.

As part of this procedure, we will place a handheld device on your skin with microneedles that create small holes. After completing these holes with radiofrequency energy, a radiofrequency energy device helps heal them while tightening the skin. Treatment typically only lasts a few hours with little downtime required; so you can return immediately back to your daily activities after treatment has concluded. However, you may experience temporary redness or sensitivity that will subside shortly afterward.

Due to its innovative engineering, the microneedles of this device only penetrate skin about 8mm below its surface for dramatic rejuvenation of skin underneath. This treatment can be applied to various parts of your body; we often use it to treat jowls and jawlines, tighten loose skin on arms, legs, and buttocks, tighten loose limbs, and treat looseness around arms, legs, and buttocks. It can even be combined with PRP for even more excellent results!

Morpheus8 treatments deliver impressive results within only one or two sessions. Unlike some facial and body contouring procedures, there’s no downtime associated with the process, meaning you can return to your regular activities quickly afterward. We suggest three treatments for optimal results.

Laser Pigmentation Treatment

Laser pigment removal can give your skin an instantly fresher and younger appearance. Using non-invasive laser technology, this treatment uses non-invasive laser wavelengths to remove uneven coloration caused by sun damage, birthmarks, or enlarged freckles. While sun spots or hyperpigmentation cannot be affected directly, wavelengths selected specifically can reduce sun spots, enlarged freckles, or any other areas of hyperpigmentation without harming nearby tissues; over time, your lymphatic system will flush away particles caused by laser breaking up pigmentation, which then gradually fade discolorations fade over 4-6 weeks; during which time any discomfort can be eased by taking an over-the-counter pain reliever or applying an ice pack directly on the affected area – make sure it hits!

If you have any concerns about the safety or comfort of laser treatments, don’t hesitate to speak with one of our staff members. We will discuss your health history and skin care regimen to determine your suitability for our procedure. Additionally, direct sunlight or light therapy treatments in the week prior to laser sessions should be avoided as these may increase sensitivity and put you more at risk for burning.

Laser treatment options for light and dark skin tones vary depending on the severity of the area being treated, as each depends on which laser system we recommend for specific patients. Our pulsed dye laser can effectively treat freckles, age spots, and melasma. At the same time, we frequently suggest the erbium laser for patients with darker skin tones as it has lower risks of burning or damaging standard pigment in surrounding skin tissue.

Laser treatment can be more effective at eliminating dark spots than over-the-counter creams as it targets the source rather than simply masking its effects. We advise coming in regularly for laser treatment sessions to maintain your results and achieve long-term improvement.

As well as laser treatment, we also offer chemical peels and other types of exfoliation to treat dark spots on your skin. After a complimentary consultation, we will determine the most suitable approach and frequency of visits needed for optimal results.
